The stunning Nicole Atieno was the model featured on this editorial for Harper’s Bazaar UK in December of this year. Wearing David Morris and Alexis Mabille, the classic editorial with warm colors is the perfect fit for a glamorous month of December. And because warmth and femininity is what we can’t seem to miss in this editorial, our mid-century piece of choice is none other than the red velvet Collins dining chair.

“Dream within a dream” is the theme of this editorial for Harper’s Bazaar UK in June of 2018, featuring the incredible Franzi Mueller wearing several brands, from Valentino and Versace to Givenchy and Armani. In this look, Valentino and Harry Winston are the stars with a pink haute couture dress and stunning earrings. The distinctive design of this particular look lead us to pick Edith as the mid-century piece for this fashion editorial, a unique sideboard that, unlike others, isn’t made of wood, but rather of soft velvet and marble.

“The Jewel In The Crown” is the name of this editorial featured in Harpar’s Bazaar UK, June 2018. Armani Prive as well as Van Cleff & Arpels are some of the brands featured in this editorial. This particular look with hues of blue is not only luxurious, but extremely modern and incredibly stunning, so why not Dean armchair to pair it with? Fashion and haute couture never looked so good together.

“Dream within a dream” with Franzi Mueller appears once again (and it won’t be the last time!) with a flowing Living Coral dress, showcasing femininity and softness with the brands Bulgari and Schiaparelli. With the Color Of The Year 2019 featured so amazingly in this fashion look, we couldn’t resist picking Monroe armchair in coral, a soft velvet armchair with as much personality as uniqueness.

In this look featuring Bulgari and Alexis Mabille, Franzi Mueller wears a soft pastel green teal dress that greatly reminded us of Sophia single sofa, a particular bench seat sofa that draws inspiration from the aesthetics of mid-century modern design. With the greek classical influence of this particular look, Sophia was the best choice of the perfect mid-century piece to go along with it.

Keira Knightley was featured on this incredible editorial for Harpar Baazar UK December 2018, wearing nothing but Chanel and being celebrated as Woman of the Year. The luxurious glamour of the looks this editorial provided us were a joy to the eye, but we picked this one in particular, a flowing white skirt with a long sleeved sparkly silver top. Glable single sofa came to mind, a cloud, a dream in the form of a furniture piece. A perfect choice for a perfect look.

“Apollo’s Labyrinth” featured on Vogue Arabia, September 2018, is an editorial of incredible detail, golden hues, aesthetically pleasing shapes and textures, as well as incredible dancers as models of Christian Dior haute couture. Miranda table lamp was our pick for this specific editorial, a fanciful and gold-colored pineapple lighting piece as luxurious and stylish as the editorial itself.

“Fairy tale of New York” is an editorial for Vogue UK in their November issue of this year, featuring model Fran Summers and two luxury brands that are impossible to resist: Cartier and Givenchy. In black and white, this editorial showcases a vintage/retro look of the city New York and fashion, both walking hand in hand harmoniously for years. Vinicius side table is a perfect pick, also showcasing a duality of black and white marble and all the right mid-century modern elements.

Franzi Mueller features brands Van Cleef & Arpels and Ralph & Russo with a stunning dress that calls out to the glamorous and playful side of us. We picked Marie chair, an occasional dining chair that incorporates all of the mid-century modern elements into a contemporary vision, as the perfect pick for this look in the “Dream within a dream” editorial.

This last look is from the same editorial as before, perhaps our personal favorite: “Dream within a dream“. We’re obsessed with this look, a dress by Valentino that we just can’t stop thinking about. The bright, powerful color and incredible design had us picking Florence stool as the perfect mid-century piece to go along with it, a stool in velvet and polished brass that calls out for the most luxurious side of us.
