It’s a playful modification to a 65sqm flat set within a historic 13th-century building in El Born. The client, a fashion professional, wanted a wardrobe solution for clothes, shoes, accessories, sports equipment, and more. CaSA’s idea was to reinvent the original layout and create a bespoke storage unit that doubles as a dividing wall, a walk-in wardrobe, and a bedroom door.

For a retired couple, this modern house with a lot of space was exactly what they needed. Designed in an organic way, so it would flow from space to space in a beautiful way, this house provides with enough tranquility and peace through its architecture and interior design.
Jonathan Richard’s Own Residence in Sydney’s Darlinghurst
This elegant home is located in an 1880’s building in Sydney’s Darlinghurst, originally constructed as a two-level residence with an integrated horse stable on the ground floor. Now? It’s a modern and stunning three levels building, with top two housing the lust-worthy home.
“This project was very much a collaboration with my wonderful wife, Olivia Beynon”, says Jonathan. “There are windows everywhere, and two internal courtyards. It’s a hybrid warehouse and terrace house, with steel factory windows on the ground floor and federation details on the upper floors. Strange and very charming!”
Belmont House in Kew, Vic by Kennedy Nolan
Melbourne architectural firm, Kennedy Nolan, have taken on the challenge to make this family home. A tranquil sitting room, leading off the front door and through to the master bedroom, has an air of serenity. Probably the most lust-worthy section of the parenting zone is the study, a pure heaven of respite. Accessed through a corridor lined with timber bookshelves and painted a deep relaxing blue, it is the perfect dual-cave.
Arágo Street Residence In Barcelona by Miriam Barrio
Located on Carrer d’Aragó in the Eixample district in the centre of Barcelona, this 140 square metre fifth-floor apartment was a little gloomy and in need of brightening. Its totally charming transformation is the work of young Spanish architect Miriam Barrio, who has layered accents of gold with a little colour blocking and a good helping of natural light.
