Initially, It was only Wynn but, in the end of 2008, Encore was born to compliment Wynn. The founder, Steve Wynn (net worth of $3.2 billion) created both so that they could be a representation of what he thinks makes the best casino hotel: excellent restaurants and exquisite interior design.
Caesars Palace
Perhaps the most famous of them all, Caesars Palace first opened his doors to the public in 1966 and is home of some of the most jaw dropping events ever, which include several of the biggest prizefights in history and where Evel Knievel did his 1967 motorcycle leap. more recently, the events include performances from legendary singers like Elton John, Rod Stewart and Celine Dion.
Its Colosseum seats over 4.000 people and one of the very first Strip Retail Centers was there.
Cosmopolitan
Located right next to CityCenter, Cosmopolitan has an impressive 2.995 rooms to fill, the vast majority of which contains an amazing terrace that offers views of the Strip.

Bellagio
Back in 1998, the “mega-resort” era, the grand-opening of Bellagio was THE main event in Vegas. Its founder is Steve Wynn, the one that started Wynn and later Wynn Encore.

Mirage
Opened in 1989, the Mirage is often overshadowed by some of the biggest and more recent resorts. But its never enough to remember that, in its prime days, Siegfried & Roy preformed there and today, The Beatles rule their entertainment scenario.
Their entrance is glass-made to let the sun-shine in and, once there you can hear the sounds of the waterfall at the casino.
They have been recently upgraded to keep up with the newest competition and that allowed them to still, to this day, be one of the major players in the Strip.
