We can’t get enough of Fall trends and the best ways to prepare your home to welcome the next season. Harper’s Bazaar Arabia pushed this subject just yesterday on an amazing article about Essential Home, so we have decided to wrap up the week by telling you how you can use rich fabrics and jewel tones in your mid century furniture during the Autumnal season.

With a heavy bohemian decor vibe, Essential Home is betting on stronger colors and richer fabrics for the upcoming season. Fabrics such as a luxurious velvet material and brass are a little bit all over our favorite pieces for the Fall, but we’ll get there… In the meantime, keep an eye out for jewel tones such as rich yellows, reds, and blues.
Edith is one of Essential Home’s most iconic pieces – aside from Monocles, of course. Upholstered in a rich blue velvet, it features four elegant feet built in brass with a gold-plated finish, which can be 100% customized.
Florence stool is one of the most versatile pieces of the bunch, seeing as it can be used in pretty much any room of the house and the brass base looks stunning paired with multiple colors. Our favorite velvet color is the teal one, but it also looks great in pearl white and multiple other pastel colors.
Strong materials such as solid walnut will also be everywhere in the Fall. Essential Home is already taking the lead and the iconic Hudson armchair looks great in dark wood and a classic mid century mustard color.
We can’t get past Essential Home’s most popular dining chair: Collins. Letting go of its usual standard red velvet upholstery, this dark tangerine tone is one of the best colors you can use this Fall.
And, of course, we couldn’t forget Monocles cabinet. Every version of Monocles is amazing, there is no denying it, but the cabinet somehow takes us into a James Bond movie, and Harper’s Bazaar Arabia thought the same in their article.
