That is what interior designer Nadya Zotova is able to do with her 3D plans. In one of her latest interior designs, the Moscow-based interior designer was able to conceptualize what is probably the dining room you have been dreaming about all along. Mixing classic and mid-century modern elements into her plan, Nadya Zotova created a dining room design that encapsulates everything we could ever want and expect from a modern dining room set.

1. The color palette
When creating this 3D plan for a unique take on a modern dining room decor, Enjoy Home’s founder, Nadya Zotova, made sure to focus on the color palette. A careful selection of colors was made taking into account how they all would play out together in the final outcome. Warm ocher, mustard, and terracotta shades were used as statement colors next to cool gray, olive and blue.
2. It is the perfect dining room set
A dining room should be a place to enjoy with family and friends. For that reason, the dining room set is a very important aspect of any dining room design. To accomplish the perfect set, the designer went with a mix of styles. We can see a more rustic dining table paired with other contemporary elements, such as the mustard sofa and the sleek dinnerware.
3. The mid-century dining chairs
A special praise should be made to the mid-century dining chairs used in the 3D rendering of this dining room decor. Nadya Zotova chose to use Essential Home’s Ellen mid-century modern dining chairs, thus creating a stunning visual contrast between the wooden table and the polished brass legs and velvet of the chair.
4. It has a coziness to it
It also has an undeniably cozy feeling to it. It might be the mustard sofa by the window, or the cool gray shelved walls and the TV, but the truth is the designer was able to accomplish the Winter cozy feeling we all long for all year.
5. It opens way for an equally gorgeous kitchen
As if designing the perfect dining room wasn’t enough, Nadya Zotova also made sure her 3D dining room opened up to an equally gorgeous kitchen setting. Creating a sense of continuity to her design, the designer chose to use an olive shade on the kitchen counters and cabinets. A golden faucet, as well as multiple golden cabinet door handles, match the polished brass legs on the mid-century dining chairs.
